The Story So Far
August 2025
I had a supplement brand ready to launch. The same night, the idea for an AI media buyer hit. I killed the brand to focus on it.
September 2025
We hired an outside dev agency. The plan was an MVP in January, so three to four months of building.
January 2026
The MVP was due. It kept slipping. Junior developers, missed deadlines.
Mid 2026
Six figures in and nothing we could sell. About three months before episode 1, we stopped working with the agency and hired two developers of our own. In those three months we made more progress than in the nine or ten before.
September 2026
A Shopify dashboard I vibe coded broke at scale and taught me where AI coding stops.
October 2026
The big strategy day before launch.

Scaley AI is an AI media buyer for Google Ads. It runs the ZenoX playbook as software. It reads a library of ZenoX notes, checks your ecom account against them, flags wasted spend and names the scaling moves the agency runs for clients.
Nothing goes live without your yes. Consultant is $99 a month, flat. Media Buyer is $99 a month plus 1% of ad spend, and it is read-only. Suite is $199 a month plus 4% of ad spend, and it applies a change only after you say yes.
